Yes — every qualification Oban Institute delivers is listed on training.gov.au and delivered under the Standards for RTOs, regulated by ASQA. You can verify our RTO code 46233 directly on the national register.

Absolutely. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and credit transfer are assessed case-by-case at pre-enrolment. If you have relevant workplace experience or have completed units elsewhere, you may be able to reduce your study time and cost.

All courses are delivered classroom (face-to-face). You have a named advisor from your first enquiry through to graduation, and we design our schedules around the real-life commitments of working professionals.

Flexible payment options with plans available. During your pre-enrolment chat we will walk you through current fees, any applicable government-subsidised options, and instalment options — so there are no surprises.

Our qualifications — the Certificate IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma — typically run around 52 weeks. With RPL or faster pacing, many learners complete sooner.

Every Oban Institute student has access to academic support, LLN (language, literacy, numeracy) assistance, reasonable adjustments, and pastoral care. You will have a named advisor from your first enquiry through to graduation.

Yes — a Unique Student Identifier is required before Oban Institute can issue a nationally recognised qualification. If you do not have one, you can create one for free at usi.gov.au, and our team will assist you during enrolment.

No — and be cautious of any RTO that does. Our qualifications are rigorously aligned to workplace skills and designed to help you move into senior roles, but employment outcomes depend on factors beyond any training provider's control. We will always be straight with you.
